Choomantar follows a payment-first policy. All payments must be made before work begins. We do not offer free trials or refunds once work has commenced. Delivery timelines start from the date we receive all required content from you — including business name, services list, photos, contact details, and any other specific requirements. Delays in providing content may extend the delivery timeline.
